I am the founder of CrossFit110 and Thrive Heath & Wellness Inc.   I am a certified nutritionist, health coach, personal trainer, wife, mother, athlete, and student on a lifelong quest for optimal health, happiness and balance.

I have an insatiable curiosity about what is needed to nourish the body, mind and spirit.  I challenge conventionally held views that dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins and rigorous exercise as the path to optimal health.

I believe each of us are unique individuals with different goals, strengths, living environments and circumstances.   Our program works because it accounts for all of you. Not just the food on your plate, but healthy relationships, healthy movement, spirituality and personal growth.  I believe optimal health comes from a balanced approach of our emotional state, and our physical state,  and deficiencies in any area will directly impact our health.
