The 7-Week Program

The Thrive-7 week program seeks to help participants discover the powerful effects of food on the body, mind, and spirit.  Learn how to lose weight, gain more energy, prevent illness and promote healing of common chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia and more.  Whether you simply have a casual interest in health and wellness and want to learn more, or you are in need of a dietary overhaul the Thrive Health & Wellness program will educate and empower you to make healthier choices in a flexible and fun way.

The Thrive 7-week program emphasizes the importance of a positive learning environment, a nurturing community culture, and the need for tactical solutions that encourage steady changes that can be maintained for life. The result, a healthier life that is achievable, sustainable and enjoyable.
